Honest comparisons added
Published comparison pages for Roll20 and Foundry VTT. The pages explain when each established tool is the better choice and describe Victory as an early experiment in authoring, prep, production, and persistent campaigns.
Positioning tightened
Removed inflated claims about per-user projections as a differentiator. The public site now describes the audience-facing mode as one part of the product, alongside the workflow around authoring and preparing sessions.
Founder and early access made visible
Added Murray Grant’s public LinkedIn profile and clarified that the Google Form is the early-access list for the current alpha.
Public explainer expanded
Added audience-language positioning, prep-focused workflow copy, an FAQ, structured metadata, and an llms.txt summary.
