What is enabled
Victory Theater uses the HeyCatch web analytics SDK on this public site. It is used to understand whether pages load and which pages and links are useful. The SDK is initialized on each public page and sends analytics events to HeyCatch.
Information involved
- Page visits and sessions.
- Basic interaction events, such as clicks. Input contents are not configured for collection.
- IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers set by the SDK.
- Campaign parameters on links that use them.
What is not enabled
Victory has not configured advertising or retargeting pixels, session replay, user identity tracking, payment-event tracking, or collection of special-category information. This site does not currently provide accounts, checkout, or a product waitlist.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not add its own advertising cookies. The HeyCatch SDK may set or read browser identifiers or other storage needed for analytics. The exact storage mechanism is controlled by the SDK and may change with SDK updates. For that reason, this notice covers both cookies and comparable browser storage.
Third-party processing
HeyCatch processes the analytics data as a service provider for Victory. Its published Data Processing Addendum describes the SDK data categories and retention terms. HeyCatch lists PostHog as analytics infrastructure and states that SDK data is not used for advertising and that session replay is disabled; see its sub-processors list.
Your choices
You can restrict cookies or other site storage through your browser settings. Blocking scripts or storage may prevent analytics from working, but does not prevent the informational pages from being read. Requests about personal information should be made using the contact method in the Privacy Policy.
